Maha Sadhana: Westerly, RI

Thank you to everyone who made it out to Westerly, RI last Sunday for the Maha Sadhana... So beautiful!

You are invited!

Sunday August 14^th will mark the inaugural Dharma Yoga in the City event on Governor's Island. We will take over Colonel's Row, one of the islands most beautiful areas, and show NYC what Dharma Yoga is all about. Sri Dharma Mittra himself will offer free classes all day, and all levels will be welcome. We will open the day with Sun Salutations, offering free classes, demos, lectures, kirtans, and meditations afterwards. There will also be classes and activities for kids, and free vegetarian, vegan, and raw food. Governor's Island, with it's amazing views of the statue of liberty and the Manhattan sky-line, contains park and woodland, untouched historical structures, and a National Monument; help us make Dharma Yoga history on this historic landmark, so that we can make this event a summer staple for many years to come.
