Holiday Party and Shedule!

Our 2012 Holiday Party will be held Saturday December 17, 4 - 5:45pm, before the Maha Sadhana. There will be drinks and hor d'oevres and all are welcome!
 

Both Dharma East and Dharma West will hold regular practices Christmas Eve day, with Senior DY Instructor Bernadette Duthu teaching a very special Christmas Eve Dharma III at 3:30pm at DY East.

There will be no practices at Dharma West New Years Eve, but Dharma East will hold the regular schedule, with Bernadette teaching Dharma III at 3:30pm.

Dharma Yoga West will celebrate New Years Day with by donation practices as follows:

12:00  - 1:30pm  Master Practice: Bernadette Duthu

1:30   - 2:00pm  Seated Meditation for the New Year: Bernadette 

2:30   - 4:00pm  Dharma II  Practice: Kim Jeblick

4:00   - 4:30pm  Seated Mediation for the New Year: Kim Jeblick 

We will be holding our annual New Years Day Chanting of the Hanuman Chaleesas at Dharma Yoga East this year. All are welcome, as we spend the day chanting 108 rounds of the Chaleesa. Please bring a pillow or blanket.
