Savasana at Dharma East

The best pose for depression and anxiety is savasana. While in savasana listen to your breath. In every inhalation, listen to the sound of 'OM', and in every exhalation 'OM'. This is a wonderful pose for everyone: the elders, children, everyone! You are totally relaxed, and then you will be surprised, you may fall asleep, and even if you fall asleep for 10 minutes, when you wake up you are refreshed.
